Rice Krispies Easter Egg Nests

  • 16oz bag of marshmallows (regular size)
  • 7 cups of Rice Krispies
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Easter egg candies
  • Green food coloring (or any color you’d like)
  • ½ cup of unsalted butter
  • 3-4 cups of powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla


  1. Grease cupcake pan and set aside.
  2. Melt marshmallows and butter in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Mix the melted mixture and add in Rice Krispies. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour into greased pan and press down with wax paper. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Combine milk, vanilla and 2 cups of powdered sugar in a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Add in remaining powdered sugar and the food coloring of your choice
  6. Pipe your frosting into your Rice Krispy cups and top with your Easter egg candies.

Oreo Sheep

These little sheep are the perfect addition to any glorious Easter basket or could even be the show piece at your brunch dessert buffet! Kids and adults alike will love these fluffy sheep made from Oreos, white chocolate, and tons of tiny marshmallows!

  • 12 ounces of white chocolate chips
  • 12 Oreos cookies
  • 12 royal icing sheep heads
  • 6 ounces of tiny marshmallows


  1. Pour white chocolate chips into a small bowl and microwave on high for 15-30 second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  2. Dip Oreo in the white chocolate.
  3. Lift the Oreo out using a fork and allow for the excess candy coating to drip off.
  4. Set on a pile of tiny marshmallows.
  5. Press the royal icing sheep face in the center of the cookie.
  6. Sprinkle tiny marshmallows all over the cookie.
  7. Let sheep dry for a few minutes before moving it to a lined baking sheet.
  8. Repeat steps with the remainder of Oreos.

Bunny Cupcakes

There is nothing that says Easter like the Easter Bunny! Create the perfect tribute to this furry creature with the cutest cupcakes! Pick any flavor boxed cake mix you like and get to baking!







  • 1 package of any flavor store bought boxed cake mix
  • 2 containers of premade white frosting
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • Pink sanding sugar
  • 24 miniature jelly beans (pink)
  • 48 black sugar pearl sprinkles


  1. Prepare cake mix per package instructions using water, vegetable oil, and eggs to make 24 cupcakes. Let cool.
  2. Place frosting in a decorating bag with a large round tip. Pipe a dollop of frosting on each cupcake
  3. Cut each marshmallow in half diagonally into two pieces. Dip the cut side of each into the pink sugar. Place on the cupcake to resemble ears.
  4. Add one jelly bean into each frosting mound to create a nose. Use tweezers to place black sprinkles to create eyes.

Nutter Butter Chicks

These little sugar covered chicks will have your kids chirping with joy! Add these to festive holiday goodie bags for a homemade touch, or even pack them in your kid’s lunch box to share with friends at school!

  • 12 Nutter Butter Cookies
  • ½ cup of yellow candy melting chips
  • 3-4 orange starburst
  • 24 mini chocolate chips


  1. Cut Starburst into 3 rectangular strips.
  2. Cut each of those in half creating 6 rectangles.
  3. Now cut each of those diagonally creating 12 triangles for beaks.
  4. Repeat this process on remaining 2 starbursts to create 24 triangles that you will make 2 cuts in each and separate them to make toes on the feet and set aside.
  5. Microwave yellow candy chips for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted.
  6. Lay cookie in melted candy and coat it fully on both sides.
  7. Carefully remove the cookie and let the excess drip off.
  8. Lay cookie on wax paper.
  9. Place mini chocolate chips for eyes.
  10. Place feet and beaks.
  11. Refrigerate to set chocolate, and then enjoy!
